I was raised in Austin,
Texas and have practiced my enitre career in Austin, the Texas Hill Country, and the surrounding area. I received my BBA in
Accounting from the University of Texas in 1978. I graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1981. I have been
licensed by the State Bar of Texas since October 30, 1981, by the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas since 1988,
and by the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit since 1991.
